*Each individual team member must register separately, online or with an entry form. Team Leader can collect fees, or fees may be paid individually. Team Leader must check-in their team and turn in form at "Team Check-In Table". Form can also be faxed to (760) 730-0165 or emailed to engerer@cvdf.org. Each team will receive a group photo and be featured in the newsletter and on the foundation's website CVDF.org
