Event Rules: Sponsor shall comply with all rules and regulations of the City of Oceanside. Sponsor will be responsible for setting up and removing their display. Sponsor shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend the City of Oceanside, CVDF (organizer of the Event) and their respective officers, directors, volunteers, agents, employees and contractors, against any and all costs and liabilities of any kind (including attorneys' fees) which they incur because of Sponsor’s use or occupancy of the space, or as a consequence of Sponsor’s promotion of any product or service. Sponsor will maintain comprehensive or commercial general liability insurance covering all operations during the Event. I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and assigns.
