7:30-8:30am - Check-in and day of walk registration

8:15am - Warm-up

8:30am - 5K Run Starts

9am - 5K Walk Starts

8am - 2 pm - Free Health Fair

5K Run/Walk is non-competitive and not timed

Event Features:

FUN FAMILY EVENT! COMPLIMENTARY HEALTH SCREENINGS & HEALTHY FOOD! LIVE BAND! GREAT PRIZES! FACE PAINTING & MORE! Warm-up with a light aerobic work-out. Then join us for a run or walk along the beach to fight heart disease and stroke, while taking in the beautiful coastal scenery.

Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome.

Sorry, dogs are not allowed.

The Free Community Health Fair is a fun filled event offering over 30 Health-related exhibitor booths providing free health related products and services.

Free health screenings such as cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure and body fat will be given by the Cardiovascular Disease Foundation (please remember to fast 10 hours before receiving blood sugar or cholesterol screenings).

Enjoy live music by Jerome Dawson & Wazabe Blue Band, exciting performances by Varua Tahiti ‘e Polynesian dance & drum group, along with flips and tumbles by Gymminy Kids of Oceanside.
